Get ready to dive back in, Newcastle, Lambton Park War Memorial Swimming Centre reopens for the 2026/27 season on Monday the 24th of August!
Whether you’re returning for your early morning laps, getting back into your regular swimming routine, or looking forward to spending sunny days by the pool with family and friends, the team at Lambton is ready for another fantastic season.
Opening Hours
From Monday, 24th of August, Lambton Pool will be open 5:30am – 6:00pm daily.
As we move into the warmer months, opening hours will increase throughout the season, so be sure to check our website for the latest operating hours before your visit.
Ready for Another Great Summer
Our team has been busy preparing the facility over the winter closure, with works completed across the site to make sure Lambton is looking its best and ready to welcome swimmers back.
The facility has received a freshen-up of non-slip painted areas, while families can once again look forward to enjoying Lambton’s much-loved splash park and waterslide area, complete with upgraded fencing around the waterslide.
From our dedicated lap swimmers and regular visitors to families enjoying a day out in the sunshine, we’ve missed seeing you at Lambton and can’t wait for another summer by the pool.
