Hunter Hurricanes Face Tough Matches Against Cronulla in Australian Water Polo League

The Hunter Hurricanes had a challenging weekend in the Australian Water Polo League men's competition, experiencing two losses against Cronulla at Lambton Pool.

Saturday's match featured a strong offensive effort from the Hurricanes, with Graydon Reynolds leading the way by scoring four goals. However, Cronulla managed to maintain their lead and secured a 17-13 victory.

In Sunday’s rematch, Cronulla strengthened their defence, making it difficult for the Hurricanes to find scoring opportunities. The Hunter side was limited to three goals, resulting in a 16-3 loss.

These results place the Hurricanes second-last on the league ladder, with two wins from nine games this season. The team will aim to improve their performance as the competition continues.
