Swimming for 10, 20 or 30-plus minutes non-stop is good general exercise and will help you increase your speed and strength from a baseline level.
UPCOMING POWER OUTAGE
️ Due to a scheduled power outage, Lambton Pool will only be open from 5:30am until 8:00am on Thursday 10th April. There’ll be no swim lessons, aqua aerobics or bookings that day. Normal hours resume Friday 11th April.
The showers and bathroom facilities will be out of action at Wallsend between 9:30 am and 10:30 am on Wednesday 9th of April
