Our team is the heartbeat of our centres, and we love sharing the stories of the people who make your visit special. This month, we’re shining a light on Callum, a familiar face you’ll now see across our Newcastle facility.
Originally from London, Callum joined us after an exciting 12 month working holiday in Melbourne. He’s a true all rounder, working across our Swim School, Lifeguard team, and as a Duty Manager. Whether he’s keeping a watchful eye on the deck or managing centre operations, Callum brings a fantastic energy and a genuine passion for helping others.
“I love meeting new people day in, day out and hearing all their different stories,” Callum shares. For him, the most rewarding part of the job is in the pool, “When teaching, it’s great to see the hard work from both myself and the children pay off when they progress to new levels.”
